Cycling around the Lakes - TRIP CODE: ENSPBILA
1st day: COMO LAKE: COMO – BELLAGIO & LECCO
The path alongside the river banks of the lake (around 50 km), offering a great variety of mountain glimpses; the lowland sections are very rares and the itinerary is a continuous up-down. The path can be crossed in both the directions; the cities of Como and Lecco can be joined through the Ciclovia dei Laghi (Lakes cycle path), up to form a run to triangle form of the long of few less than 90 km.

2nd day: VARESE LAKE

Luxuriant nature, the blue of the lake, the areas provided with facilities and the many sites of cultural interest that are dotted around the lake make this route one of the most beautiful of the province – a unique, agreeable opportunity to get to know the lake environment and its civilisation, past and present. Twenty-seven kilometres is the length of the circuit that surrounds Lake Varese, a well-equipped path that is decidedly unique and charming thanks to the picturesque views that bring together the green of lush vegetation with the blue of the lake.

3rd day: CAMONICA VALLEY AND ISEO LAKE

The day is dedicated to the discovery of Camonica Valley by bike. The path could be divided in three parts: the Valle Camonica cycle path to cross in light descent toward south (around 38 km); the Iseo Lake periplus is more in the plain (around 62 km); and the return to the departure point in light climb (38 km at 2,8% of middle inclination with some line at 15% of maximum). The total path is 136 km.

4th day: GARDA LAKE

Winston Churchil defined this itinerary “The most beautiful road of the World”. The departure is from a Village of the Garda Lake and proceeding in direction of the Campione del Garda (pay particular attention to the traffic road) you can climb one of the most suggestive and beautiful roads of the world. The “Strada della Forra” or Provincial 38 bring you in the highland of Tremosine through the passage in suggestive galleries that open with unique panoramas on the Garda Lake. In around 6 km of climb you arrive to the beautiful “Terrazza del Brivido”, from here we will have a spectacular sight on the Garda Lake.
